Refund and Returns Policy

Here at Maison Asteria, we take pride of our craftsmanship and quality of our products. Our goal is your satisfaction with our products.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately. Items will be eligible for return up to 14 days of delivery. You will need to send us the items in new, re-sellable condition, and in original packaging. This also applies to exchanges, in which in stock items are also eligible for exchange within 14 days of delivery. There will be a 10% restocking fee for all returns.

Should you find any damage to your order upon delivery, please send us an email with a picture of the damaged item and we will gladly arrange a replacement for you.
