As a small business, we truly value each order and hope you are delighted with your selection. If something is not quite right, we are here to assist and will guide you through the process.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns or exchanges may be requested within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused, in new condition, and returned in their original packaging.
Exchanges are always welcome and subject to availability.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the returned items are received and inspected.
Return Shipping
A prepaid return shipping label will be provided for all approved returns and exchanges.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packaging each order. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with a photo of the item.
A replacement will be arranged at no cost to you.
