Returns and Exchanges

Returns or exchanges may be requested within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused, in new condition, and returned in their original packaging.

A 10 percent handling and restocking fee applies to all returns. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Return Shipping

For standard returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label, and the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement and we will cover the return shipping cost.

Damaged Items

We take packaging seriously, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with a photo of the damaged item. We will gladly arrange a replacement.
