Shipping/Delivery/Return Policy

You agree to ensure payment for any items you purchase from us and acknowledge that prices are subject to change. When purchasing a physical good, you agree to provide us with a valid email and shipping address, as well as valid billing information. We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order for any reason, including errors or omissions in the information you provide. If we do so after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund. We also may request additional information prior to confirming a sale and reserve the right to place additional restrictions on the sale of any of our products.

Should you find any damage to your order after it has been delivered, please contact us immediately with a picture of the damaged item so we can arrange a replacement. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we offer a refund within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. A 10% restocking fee will apply, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
