8. Returns and Exchanges

Return window

Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Return eligibility

Returned items must be:

  • unused

  • in new condition

  • in original packaging

Handling and restocking

A 10 percent handling and restocking fee applies to eligible returns.

Return shipping

For standard returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If requested, we may provide a prepaid return label, and the label cost will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • your order number

  • photos of the issue and packaging

In these cases, we will cover return shipping and arrange a replacement or resolution.

This section survives termination of these Terms.
